Refund Policy

Free Trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Annual Plans

Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first charge. If you are not satisfied, contact support@stylejpn.com within 14 days for a full refund.

After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Cancellation will stop auto-renewal but will not refund unused time.

Service Outages

If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), we will issue prorated service credits upon request.

Fraudulent Charges

If you believe you have been charged fraudulently, contact us immediately at support@stylejpn.com. We will investigate and issue refunds for unauthorized charges within 7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@stylejpn.com
  2. Include your account email and the order ID (from the receipt)
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the refund
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual posting time depends on your card issuer or bank.
